Dolead is a digital marketing company connecting End Users inquiring about certain goods and services to appropriate Business Partners who may provide such goods or services. Services are paid for by the Business Partner and free to End Users. If a commercial transaction is subsequently concluded between the End User and the Business Partner, it stems solely from the interaction of these two parties.
From the Business Partner:
We may collect certain information that Business Partners specifically and intentionally provide to us. For example, when a Business Partner retains our Services to conduct a campaign for lead generation or the initiation of third-party interest or enquiry into a product or service offered by the Business Partner, we may collect personal information about the Business Partner such as the name of the business entity, a contact email address phone number, and physical address. We may also collect financial information that the Business Partner chooses to share with us, such as credit or debit card numbers, billing address, and other billing information. Other unique information that we may collect includes product and service preferences and contact preferences. This includes information provided at the time of engaging our Service, content you provide to execute and track the engagements with prospective End Users, or requesting further Services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Services. To the extent that an individual, and not a business entity, is a Business Partner, we may collect all of the above information about the individual Business Partner, as well as the individual’s age, sex, educational and employment background. To the extent that the Business Partner is a business entity, the data above may be provided to Dolead by a designated entity within the Business Partner’s company (such as a member of your Purchasing/IT/Facility Management department). For the avoidance of doubt, all information collected from a Business Partner hereunder shall be known as “Business Partner Information.”
From the End User:
We may collect certain information that End Users specifically and intentionally provide to us. For example, an End User may provide us with their name, email address, phone number, age, sex, and physical address. We also collect certain information about End Users when such End Users access and engage with the Service or complete online forms in connection with the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, all information collected from End Users hereunder shall be known as “End User Information.”
